Safety, Trials, & Policies
We maintain clear, transparent guidelines to ensure every child’s safety, comfort, and smooth transition into our care.
The Adjustment Period
All children entering our childcare program start on a two-week trial basis. Starting childcare can be stressful, and it is normal for children to cry when being dropped off as they adjust.
We do our best to make this time easier (part-time enrollments may take slightly longer)[cite: 10]. To ensure a good fit, cancellation of service within the first two weeks may be given without notice if it does not work out for either party[cite: 10].
Release of Child Safety Protocols
For your child’s protection, every parent/guardian must complete and sign a release form listing authorized individuals[cite: 10].
- ID Verification: Authorized representatives may be asked to show a valid picture ID[cite: 10].
- Emergency Rules: No child will be released to anyone not listed unless it is an emergency or late pickup exception[cite: 10].
- Impaired Adult Protocol: If an adult’s judgment seems impaired by drugs or alcohol, every effort will be made to dissuade them and protect the child[cite: 10].
Discontinuation & Withdrawals
- Parental Decision: Requires a two-week written notice before discontinuing services, or tuition will be due for those weeks[cite: 10].
- Delinquent Accounts: Considered delinquent if payment is not received by Friday at the end of attendance[cite: 10].
- Late Pickups: Persistent late pickups past scheduled times may result in termination of services[cite: 10].
- Behavioral Guidelines: Children who are persistently aggressive will be disenrolled only after all intervention methods are exhausted[cite: 10].
